Responsibilities of the

Board of Directors

President

The Chapter President is responsible for all of the activities of the organization.  He or she sets the direction for the chapter, and ensures that everyone is doing their part to make the chapter successful.  The President is the deciding vote on issues where decisions cannot be reached by the rest of the group.

Treasurer

Responsible for maintaining financial records, paying bills, and providing monthly reports to the committee members.

Director of Programs and Facilities

Responsible for arranging a program or informational presentation for each SISQA meeting.

Director of Membership

Responsible for handling external marketing of the organization, explaining our organization to the public (brochures, mailings, postings, etc.). Responsible for providing member services and collecting member feedback.

Director of Publicity and Publications

Responsible for maintaining the SISQA Website. Orders needed publications and maintains a library of related publications for use of the SISQA members.

Immediate Past President

Provides continuity of information and gives guidance as needed to new board members.
